Royal Concrete Concepts' precast concrete sandwich panels are manufactured at our 180-acre manufacturing facility in Okeechobee, Florida under strictest quality control standards. 

The "sandwich" which is produced when polystyrene is placed between two high strength precast concrete panels creates not only an energy-saving insulating barrier but also a sound attenuating foam barrier drastically reducing outside noise.

In addition, due to the size of the tilt-wall sandwich panels, less joints are required - further reducing the probability of outside air infiltration.
