Scope of Work:
Royal Concrete Concepts is working with municipal governments and non-profit organizations to construct a subsidized assisted living facility. The 65,098 square feet facility is designed with wings consisting of modular building technology, and the wings are joined at the center by a central administrative area designed with precast walls. The dormitory wings total 51,030 sq. ft., while the central building provides 12,428 sq. ft. of administration and recreation areas. The project is on schedule to be completed in March 2009.
