Niceville High School

Niceville High School

Concession Stand
800 East John Sims Parkway, Niceville, FL 32578

Scope of Work:
What makes this project unique is its location and design which allows a second story to be added at a later date .  RCC engineers designed  this modular unit to accommodate an additional modular unit to be added on top when needed.  RCC worked hand in hand with local Contractors to complete this project on time and on budget.  RCC constructed the Group Restroom/ Concession Stand in Okeechobee.  It has several service lines for concessions and even baby changing stations in both the men and women’s restrooms.  Local support was responsible for site adaptations, finishes and the metal roof.  This facility provides service for NHS football and baseball enthusiasts.

South Florida Fair Grounds

South Florida Fair Grounds
9067 Southern Blvd
West Palm Beach FL 33421

Scope of Work:

Frontier Land at the South Florida Fair Grounds was being renovated and restroom facilities needed to be added in a short amount of time and at the right price.  Piggybacking on an existing contract saved everyone time and money. The fair grounds’ onsite staff only needed to prepare the building foundation while this dependable, low maintenance facility was 95% completed by RCC offsite, then brought out to the fair grounds on a truck and set in place with a crane.  These concrete modular restrooms continue to serve the thousands of fair visitors every year and will certainly stand the  test of time at the fair grounds.
