Scope of Work:
Royal Concrete Concepts provided a building addition to the existing County Inmate Facility for Flagler County, Florida. The new 3,370 sq. ft. addition is attached to the existing 20,736 sq. ft. facility to create a singular 24,106 sq. ft. facility.The new addition consists of 3 offices, a processing area, fingerprint room, breathalyzer room, restroom, showers and 4 precast cells. The precast cells were installed through an open wall after the building modules had been set in place. The project was completed on schedule in September 2008.
