Our latest project, a hotel building for Cheeca Lodge in the Florida Keys, utilizes modules stacked vertically to serve as restrooms and central hubs for mechanical and electrical systems. The rest of the floor space is created by pre-engineered panels supported by the stacked modules. This innovative design combines the high structural integrity of modular buildings and the design flexibility of panels with the reduction in construction time requirements provided by precast systems. The 4-story 60,000 square foot hotel building is scheduled for just six months of on-site construction and is registered to undergo LEED certification.
