Wally Sanger’s 45 years of construction experience as a Builder, Developer and Innovator have been focused on commitment. Wally is a recipient of the prestigious Excalibur Award from The Sun-Sentinel in 2007 for his entrepreneurial spirit and obligation to the community. He has established an organizational culture that emphasizes building quality and customer satisfaction as the company’s highest priorities. Wally’s knowledge and experience combined with his endless desire to construct stronger and more energy-efficient buildings have made him a pioneer in the construction industry recognized throughout Florida and beyond. He provides strategic oversight over all Royal Concrete Concepts projects and has been continuously recognized locally for the exceptional quality, energy efficiency, and sustainability of his buildings as well as for his community involvement. Wally has extensive experience in construction gathered during 40 years of residential development and 12 years as president of RCC.

Ken Treadwell


Summary:
As Executive Vice President, Ken Treadwell leads the strategic planning efforts for Royal Concrete Concepts. He led financing and state-and-local government funding efforts for the 180-acre Okeechobee manufacturing facility that began operations in 2007. Ken also led the transition of Royal Concrete Concepts from a pre-cast manufacturer, to a full-service construction management and design-build firm, providing strategic oversight during the development of internal staff and resources as well as the consolidation of the various affiliated Royal companies under Royal Concrete Concepts. His other duties include those as general counsel for Royal Concrete Concepts, and Ken is also responsible for the low incidence of litigation and other administrative actions in the history of Royal Concrete Concepts. He has extensive experience in claims management and risk management of construction projects gained during a three-decade career working as an attorney and general counsel in capital asset management firms. Ken oversees the government compliance staff at Royal Concrete Concepts.

Dean Locke



Summary:
Dean Locke brings 20 years of experience to his current position as Chief Operating Officer. Having the distinction of being Royal Concrete Concepts first employee, he was with Wally from the beginning building the Company. Dean has an extensive background in commercial, educational, as well as residential construction with both field experience and strong estimating skills. In his position as Chief Operating Officer, Dean is responsible for all departments within the Company and all daily operations. In addition, Dean still retains direct control of the estimating and purchasing departments. As the primary qualifier for Royal Concrete, Dean is ultimately responsible for all construction operations for the Company both in the manufacturing plant as well as on sight. Dean spent 6 years with Centex, prior to joining Royal Professional Builders as an estimator and project manager, and has been at Royal Concrete since opening the doors.

John W. Albert III



Summary:
With his wide-ranging experience during his eight years with Royal Concrete Concepts as the primary link between customers and company staff, John Albert will continue to establish and oversee RCC’s protocols for communication and customer relationship service. John ensures proper coordination between the customer and the executive management team. John led the transition of Royal Concrete Concepts from a pre-cast manufacturer, to a full-service construction management, Design Bid Build and design-build firm, offering various delivery methods and new products.  John also developed and drafted RCC’s strategic plan and was instrumental in diversifying RCC into new market segments.  He has held team leading roles in project management, estimating, customer relationship management and business development in past projects. This wide breadth of experience with the company on past assignments gives him the tools necessary to establish coordination efforts both within the company and between all parties involved in a project.

Eric Engstrom



Summary:
Eric provides financial oversight for Royal Concrete Concepts.  He has guided the Royal family of companies during a dynamic period of unparalleled growth, shifting resources to match market conditions and the opening of a $23-million-dollar plant expansion project. He has experience in a wide variety of industries, gained during his four years as an auditor for Templeton & Company, P.A., serving over fifty clients in commercial leasing, construction, education, agriculture and other industries. Eric is dedicated full-time to providing financial management in accounting and reporting over all RCC projects.

Victor Smith

Summary:
Victor Smith is Chief Technology Officer for Royal Management, LLC. He is responsible for delivery of information technology applications, architecture, and infrastructures. He also oversees the digitization and e-business strategy, which focuses on customer service delivery, content development, online marketing, and e-procurement.
 
Mr. Smith joined Royal Management in 2004 bringing more than 18 years of technology experience to the management team. Previously, he served as Infrastructure and Technology leader at The General Electric Company-Healthcare Technology. Prior to General Electric, Smith implemented a metropolitan-area fiber network for the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts while developing strategic alliances with Harvard University, MIT, and IBM/Lotus. He has also been featured in the Boston Business Journal and Constructech magazine.

Jeremy Brown



Summary:
Jeremy Brown is responsible for the assignment and coordination of construction crews and other project personnel across various sites. In his role as Construction Manager for Royal Concrete Concepts, Jeremy works with all project management personnel from the design team, prime contractor, subcontractors, owner representatives and he will help assist the prime contractor’s staff in developing the CPM schedule for a project. He will manage the assignment and scheduling of internal construction crews for any work self-performed by RCC and will oversee the scheduling of subcontractors by the project managers, ensuring timely delivery of all job milestones. He will also coordinate with the design team and prime contractor in the development of the Building Information Model during the design process and assure that the model includes coordination of procurement details and submittal processes of RCC’s scope of work. He has successfully managed construction projects in more than 200 sites, including several large educational facilities. As a former employee of the Environmental Control Office for the School District of Palm Beach County, Jeremy is well-versed in the permitting and regulatory requirements for construction projects, with a special focus on the education sector. Each year, Jeremy  oversees the construction of multiple permanent buildings across the state of Florida and the delivery and installation of over 100 concrete modular classrooms across dozens of sites.

Dan Walesky



Summary:
As the Operations Manager of Royal Concrete Concepts, Dan directs the daily operations at the Okeechobee manufacturing facility and the implementation of sustainable workplace and construction practices. Dan is responsible for all proper coordination, as the Design Team’s LEED AP, to ensure that the modular building units or pre-cast panels produced at the factory facilities receive a LEED Silver rating. Dan brings experience from a wide range of industrial engineering fields. Formerly the director of R&D at RCC, Dan still provides significant input in the development of new building technologies and integration of existing technologies for continuous improvements in construction methodology and building quality. He is currently coordinating the efforts to develop a new state-wide sustainability standard for classrooms in Florida. Dan is responsible for the annual review of the RCC safety and quality control manuals. He also establishes the compliance of standards set by the owner and A/E firms in addition to industry standards, building codes, OSHA, ADA and other regulations. Dan is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Michael Phillips



Summary:
As the Senior Estimator at Royal Concrete Concepts, Michael Phillips is primarily responsible for the development of our budget estimates. Michael also oversees the subcontractor bidding process to establish competitive bids, and he will work with the purchasing department staff to coordinate M/WBE subcontractor outreach efforts. Mike draws upon a lifetime of construction industry experience to provide accurate estimates. With 13 years of experience in construction, including experience as an estimator for Arthur Rutenburg Homes and the project manager for several large shopping centers, Mike has a combined total of nearly 15 years experience as a project manager and estimator.
